Michele has been part of our agency team since 2019 and was also with us for several years earlier in the agency’s history. Her primary focus is staying connected with our customers, scheduling policy reviews, and helping identify additional insurance needs, including Life and Pet Insurance. She also assists with customer service and billing follow-up, always working to help customers stay informed and taken care of. Michele’s faith and family are very important to her.
